Finally getting organized

I finally put up all the pictures I have from when Isaac was born until now and made a collage for Nolan too. There is only one missing from the bottom picture that I need David to hang.

Count your blessings

Just need David's, Dorito's (yes, he is a blessing too), and a chicken or two.

Last glass class

I got to pick up the making from my last glass class; a fish, a paperweight, and a few sun catchers.

First Pup Cup

I know, I know, I'm a horrible owner. He's had to wait 12 years before having his first Starbucks.

July 4th

Nolan can now climb into chairs and stand up. Very proud of himself.

Isaac dug up my bulbs and thought he found treasure.

Hooray!

Bounce House

His first time to the bounce house and although this picture doesn't show it, he loved it.

Celebrations with Friends

Nolan had fun moving his friends highchair around while he ate.

The older ones enjoyed throwing sand at each other, then telling on each other.

They had so much fun with snapper.

Showing off his racecar firework, which attacked Dad's truck. We weren't expecting it to go in reverse.

Such great friends.

Shooting roman candles.

This is them posing. Love the funny faces.

Our entire street came out to watch our fireworks, since we were the only ones brave enough to do them.

Isaac picked out this awesome Party Keg.

A perfect sunset.

Date Night!!!!

We had such a great time going out to dinner then a comedy show. I love that my bestie did my hair! I also love that David put up the chickens in the rain. I'm loving spending so much time with my hubby.

Orthotics, OT, and PT

Here's Nolan sporting his new orthotics on Monday. Then on Tuesday he took his first steps with the physical therapist! He love them and tries to put them on himself.

Here he is with his new occupational therapist, who is awesome! We've only met with her twice but we are already making progress. The first time we left covered in yogurt and the second time we left covered in applesauce. I love the exploratory environment.
We also met with a development pediatric specialist this week to see if we can figure out what's going on and why he's delayed in so many areas. The specialist told me that we are doing everything we can right now with his eating issue, so we are looking more into his muscle tone issues at this time. He has all over low muscle tone, which explains a lot. Like his feeding/throwing up issues since birth and constipation. She said that he has great muscle strength though. First we are going to check his thyroid to see if this is an easy fix. If it's not the thyroid then we will look/test to see if it is a muscle enzyme issue and the last reason would be brain development. Since he isn't delayed cognitively then we are going to delve into checking his brain development.
