Freezer Meals

I've been a part of a freezer meals cooking group for 3.5 years now and still love it. http://freezermealexchange.blogspot.com/ https://www.facebook.com/freezermealexchangeclub Here's what my kitchen looks like in the middle of making Chicken Cordon Bleu. It's pretty much an assembly line. Nolan helped me pound out the chicken. I roll them up with the ham and cheese inside. Then move on to the crust and packaging. I put plastic wrap then foil to help keep them free of freezer burn and write cooking directions on the foil so they are easy to find. It's pretty simple and gets a good return on the time you put into it. With our group I make 6 meals and get 5 different meals at our exchange. With the meals that our family doesn't care for I usually donate to someone having a surgery. I also end up donating meals when our freezer is too full or if I know someone is in need.
