Our first date was sushi in Florence, SC. Not someplace known for sushi, but it was a half way point between us. David lived in Southern Pines, NC and I was in Columbia, SC about 3 hours away from each other. Our lunch ended up being 3 hours long and if you've ever heard me tell this story I always refer to David as a breath of fresh air.
