Archery

Out of 10 shots I got one on the board, not a bull's eye though. David was much better than me and actually took part of a tournament.

333 unread emails later

We're back from Ixtapa, Mexico and Houston, Texas. It was soooo nice to be disconnected form the world for a week, but now we're back to reality. I accidentally left my phone at home, never visited the resort's computer center, and didn't even check the news while we were away. I've got roughly 900 pictures to upload and go through so I hope you enjoy hearing about our vacation as I relive it. Below are some pictures from one of our family photo sessions and Isaac thought the umbrella was there for him to fill with sand while David and I had our pictures taken.

Mexican Wontons

These were so yummy. Isaac really liked them, especially since they had olives on them. Just baked some wonton wrappers for 10 minutes in a mini muffin pan then filled them. These were so good dipped in salsa and sour cream. Stuffed them with seasoned cooked beef then baked for 15. I know they don't look the best but they were really good.

Out with the rice, in with the corn

Since he still eats what ever is in his sand/water table, I'm not ready to put sand in there. We'll keep experimenting with other textures.

Dating Divas

One of my friends was blogging about this website and I must say it is awesome. I can't wait to put some of it to use.
