I think Isaac is going to love trick-or-treating. While at the store yesterday in the Halloween isle I called a friend to let her know about a costume they had. In that one minute conversation I wasn't watching Isaac and he helped himself to a Reese's ghost. When I got off the phone I saw him munching on the candy while the wrapper was on the ground along with his hammer. I guess I need to do a better job teaching him that we have to pay for things from stores before we eat them.

This reminds me how my parent taught us and how my grand parent taught them. A child needs to learn from his/her parent and God gives parent the obligation and previlege to teach a child (of God).
ReplyDeleteAmy and David are fostering Issac with so much quality time that I don't think I ever gave to David and Julie. Of that I feel thankful.
I know this love and care will bear a good fruit. Issac will be a man.
