If you know Isaac, you know that he mainly eats bread, pasta, rice, and crackers. So it might come as a surprise to you that he loves cucumbers, especially from our garden. When he was younger and ate more that carbs, he would eat cucumbers along with other various veggies. I'm hoping this is a gateway vegetable. Why the frozen cucumbers you ask, well our fridge is broken and freezes everything. We (really meaning I) are starting to get used to it while waiting for it to get fixed. Why the butter you ask, well Isaac's a guy and likes to try butter on everything.
That does not sound at all appetizing to me, but I'm glad that Isaac loves it.
