Baby Bird and Eggs

This is a baby Cardinal and an egg in a bush just outside our garage. Isaac has loved checking on it.

We also had a nest with an egg in the garage but it got abandoned. So after the cardinal baby bird left there was still an egg. We compared the eggs from the two nests and cracked them open to see how they look inside. The blue with speckles is the cardinal egg.
