Isaac made a new sign for his door to allow 3 people in his room. Originally it had 3 happy faces then I noticed that he crossed one out. My guess is that he had 3 people on it to allow mom and dad in the room with him, but found out that if 3 people are allowed then Nolan can come in if just mom is in there with him.
